ABOUT PROJECT
现今社会需要一个素食平台来带动整个素食社会。因此
一个素食平台必须包含所有对素方面的疑问。我的建意
是打造一个 “衣，食，住，行“的素时代，借用
SHOPPEE APP 的方程式 来推销到东南亚。一个完善素
食代平台会是一总站素中心来解答所有的意问，不管是
吃的，玩的，喝的还是用的，这个平台一一为你解决所
有遇到的问题。
下面是一个西方国家的一所网站 （BILLION VEGAN.COM )
这个网站只是停留在（DESKTOP VERSION) 他们没有 （
MOBILE VERSION ) 所以我想信素时代的平台会比他们更好。
我的想法差不多和他们的平台一样，只不过我们会有MOBILE
VERSION 的，方便顾客买。我们的素时代平台会联解所有马
来西亚的素料供应商和所有的素食游玩，再来所有的素食
餐馆和所有关素食的小吃都联接起来，（会好像一个GRAB
FOOD的平台）， 还有一些关于素食的最新的资讯， 这将
会是一个完美无暇的 ”素时代平台“
STAGE 1
起初我们会和所有的素商家整合所有的资源放在这个素时代平台。
过后，也整合所有的素料供应商一起联手供应所有的素料产品在这
个平台上交易，这会让所有素食者都受会。在这个介段，会先把“
吃” 的先打理好，再来 衣，住， 行。我会把所有的素食餐馆和素
食店面，把它们联接起来放在这个平台， 这时候， 这个平台一刚
开始时会是以吃为主的。所有的素食小吃都在里面，就好像 HUNGRY
PLATFORM 一样，但我们是以素食为主的。除持之外，我们还提供
一些爱煮饭菜，需要素料的阿姨们可以在线上买，方便许多。
STAGE 2
过后我们就要进一步开拓“衣，住， 行” 这些关于素食的所有东西。
衣 - 我们会找所有的符合“素的品牌”时装进入我们的平台。
住 - 一些日常用品在家里用的都需要符合“素的品质”我们会找这一类
的素的日常用品来摆放在我们的素平台上买卖。
行 - 这个就会是关于去本地或国外游玩的素资讯，例如要去泰国，哪里
有素食吃，在哪里可以买，这里都可以一一为你解决所有问题。
STAGE 3
搞完了素所有的配件后，是时候要推出一个手机的方程式来括大市场。
就好像SHOPPEE APP VERSION 一样。我们会把所有的素平台资讯浓缩
在手机里，而且还可以去ANDROID OR IOS MARKET/ PLAYSTORE 下载。
STAGE 4
为了方便素食送到你家们口，我们还打造一个“DELIVERY SERVICES”
给所有订购素食在我们的素时代平台。我们应该会联手（GRAB FOOD
SERVICES) 或者打自己的载送服务。这会是一个前所未有的素时代平台
的爆发力。我们会先从马来西亚然后冲出马来西亚，向东南亚甚至全世
介发展我们的”素时代平台“
RISKS AND CHALLENGES
1）还在寻找有缘人一起合作伙伴，还在寻在人才。
2）所有的费用都需要蛮大的资金来运行。
